How do we work?

Due to the high degree of dynamism that the technologies of development of software suffer and the needs of the client to improve its organization day to day. In thinkClear, we trust agile methodologies, that allow us to face projects that have changing requirements. Our experiences in diverse types of projects indicate that to increase activities, deliverables and restrictions requires a complex software development process but that does not end up entirely satisfying the fundamental needs. It is here then, under this context, that the agile methodologies arise, which, offer a greater value to the individual, to the collaboration with the client and the incremental development of software with very short iterations.

This type of approach is ideal when it is necessary to reduce the times of development but without losing quality. The changing requirements are satisfied almost immediately, reducing risks and producing expectable results. As well, in thinkClear, we do not think that a universal methodology exists successfully to make specific any project of development of software. We know that the methodology to apply must be adaptable according to the context of the it (times of development, human and technical type of system, resources, etc). This level of flexibility at the time of choosing a type of methodology allows us to ensure the success of a project.
